(1) According to rule 8, there will be a hedging fund in the bank for the management of foreign currency deposited in the bank and hedging fee received according to rule 10.

(2) Sub-rule (1) ) the limit of the amount remaining in the fund shall be as determined by the bank.

(3) The bank shall invest and manage the amount accumulated in the fund as per sub-rule (1).

(4) Sub-rule ( 3) According to the return received from investment and management in the same currency, the bank shall deposit it in the hedging fund according to sub-rule (1).
